1. Who we are
ECC Learn is operated by ECC Computer Training Centre, located at RZ-56, Mahindra Park, Pankha Road, Uttam Nagar, Near Billu Building Materials, New Delhi, Delhi – 110059. We provide practical digital skills training through offline classes at our New Delhi centre and through our online learning platform at learn.ecclearn.com.
2. Your account
When you create an account on learn.ecclearn.com, you are responsible for keeping your login details private. Your account is personal — please do not share it with others. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
3. Course content
All course materials, videos, notes, and resources on the ECC Learn platform are created and owned by ECC. You may use them for your own personal learning only. You must not copy, record, download, share, or resell any ECC course content without written permission from ECC.
4. Platform access
Access to online courses on learn.ecclearn.com is provided after successful enrollment and payment. ECC may update course content, change platform features, or modify course structure from time to time. We will try to notify students of significant changes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use ECC Learn services honestly and respectfully. Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other students' accounts, or use ECC Learn for any unlawful purpose. ECC reserves the right to suspend access to any account that violates these terms.
6. Changes to these terms
ECC may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ECC Learn services after changes means you accept the updated terms. The latest version will always be available at www.ecclearn.com/terms.
