Information about refunds and cancellations for ECC Learn courses.

1. Online course enrollment
When you enroll in an online course on learn.ecclearn.com, you receive access to course videos, lessons, and materials. Because course access is provided immediately after payment is verified, we have a limited refund window.
- Before access is granted: If you paid but have not yet received course access, you may request a full refund by contacting us within 24 hours.
- After access is granted: Once your student account is active and course lessons are available to you, refunds are generally not available. If you have a genuine issue, please contact us and we will review your case fairly.
2. Offline centre enrollment
For in-person classes at our New Delhi centre, fees and refund terms are discussed at the time of admission. Please speak with our team directly when enrolling. Contact us on WhatsApp or visit the centre for details.
3. Payment errors and duplicates
If you were charged more than once for the same course, or if a payment error occurred, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund any incorrect charges as quickly as possible.
4. Course cancellations by ECC
If ECC cancels a course after you have paid and before you have completed it, we will offer you a full refund or transfer your enrollment to another course — whichever you prefer.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 70116 18976. Include your name, course name, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day.
