Common questions
Do I need any prior computer knowledge?
No. Our Computer Basic course is designed for complete beginners. For Graphic Design and Video Editing, basic computer familiarity is helpful but not required — we will guide you from the start.
What age groups do you teach?
We teach students of all ages — school students, college students, working professionals, homemakers, and seniors. Everyone is welcome.
Can I change my batch timing after joining?
Batch changes are possible based on availability. Talk to the centre staff and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Is the certificate recognised?
ECC issues a completion certificate for every course. It is useful for job applications, portfolios, and government exam requirements.
Do you offer weekend batches?
No. Regular classes run Monday to Friday only. Saturday is reserved for make-up classes only — it is not a regular batch day. Sunday the centre is closed.
What happens if I miss a class?
We understand life happens. If you miss a class, you can catch up with your instructor during the next session, or in a Saturday make-up class arranged with the centre.
